Individualized Mindfulness-based Programs

In these sessions, a program is developed based on the individual’s learning goals.  Personalized programs may include instruction in mindfulness practices, understanding stress reactivity and learning strategies to respond more effectively to stress. The participant will also learn ways to incorporate mindfulness practices into daily life to reduce the impact of stress.

  • Improve the ability to focus attention.
  • Learn tools to improve emotional regulation
  • Improve mind/body integration
  • Learn strategies to cope better with stress


1 1/2 hour Personalized Mindfulness Education Session for $100.  Includes access to home practice guided audios.
